Changzhou K-yuan Co., Ltd is a member of Wuxi K-yuan Machine Tools Group Co., Ltd. It comes from the casting workshop of Wuxi Machine Tools Plant. It has over 60 years experience in iron casting production. It is “A Thousand Key Manufacturers” in domestic casting、Safety Production Standardization Enterprise、Clean Production Standardization Enterprise and Leading Company in machine casting of Chinese Foundry Industry.

The new plant was put into use on May 18th, 2010.The plant has a total area of 82000 ㎡ and construction area is 52000 ㎡. There are more than 160 employees, including 20 technical staff (5 senior engineers and 10 engineers), professional management team and productive and motivated craftsmen. Our company specializes in machine casting, whose annual capacity is 20000 tons and the largest piece weighs 30 tons. Our main products are grey iron(including iron、anadium titanium abrasion resistance iron)、ductile iron and bimetallic bearing(bearing bush).At the same time, we undertake wood mold making and machining business. Our company use resin sand technology and has complete and advanced equipments. Also there are wide varieties of physical and chemical testing instruments. It has passed IS09001：2008 Quality System Certification in 1995 and IS010012：2008 Measuring Management System in 2007, which guarantee for producing excellent iron casting.
