1. This machine is three-axis double chamfering grinding machine, the grinding heads are finished by U1、W axis, the grinding heads machining the parts at the same time, the reciprocating motion of workbench is finished by Z-axis.

This machine is used in the chamfering processing of crystal silicon in solar energy industry; this machine has the characteristic of high automaticity and satisfied the requirements of medium duty or mass production, This machine compass the parts by air-operated from SMC, it is convenient and stable to clamp the parts, so that to ensure the accuracy of the parts.
3. The bed, pulley stock, loading carriage and feeding carriage are castings, which has the characteristic of good stiffness and good seismic, the control system uses the system of Mitsubishi, it has the characteristic of strong programming function, easy operation, and it can satisfied different machining requirements.
4. It equips laser instrument, it can ensure the different quite high requirements of the parts machining accuracy, so that to satisfied the requirement of volume production, and it equips the water protection switch and electronic handwheel.
